Idle Rides Co. LLC provides fully chauffeured low-speed electric vehicle transportation exclusively on private property across Southern California. Our vehicles never operate on public roads — every deployment is confined to permitted private grounds.

Our chauffeurs are rigorously vetted, annually certified, and trained specifically for private-estate and event environments. Each service engagement begins with a formal consultation, a documented inspection, and pre-approved routing — ensuring a seamless, accountable operation from arrival to close.

The Process

From consultation to close

Every engagement follows a structured, repeatable protocol — ensuring nothing is left to improvisation.

Estate Consultation

We meet with the venue or estate manager to map the grounds, identify passenger pickup and drop zones, and establish pre-approved routes. No deployment proceeds without written route sign-off.

Chauffeur Deployment

Certified chauffeurs arrive early, perform a documented pre-deployment vehicle inspection, and complete a full orientation of the property before any guests board. Vehicles and operators are confirmed ready by an on-site supervisor.

On-Ground Service

Service runs continuously throughout the event. Chauffeurs operate exclusively on approved routes, never exceeding the 15 mph on-property limit. GPS is active and the lead operator maintains live oversight.

Close & Debrief

At service conclusion, vehicles are secured and a post-service report is completed. Any incidents, anomalies, or guest feedback are logged immediately and retained with the client file.

Rigorous Chauffeur Vetting

All chauffeurs must be 25 or older, hold a clean MVR, pass a full background check, and complete our certified on-property driving program before any deployment.

Pre-Deployment Inspection

Each vehicle undergoes a documented multi-point inspection before every event: battery, brakes, tires, lighting, and all passenger restraints — logged and signed off.

GPS & Remote Monitoring

All vehicles are GPS-tracked in real time during service. The lead operator maintains live oversight and each vehicle carries a remote kill switch for emergency use.

Zero Public Road Exposure

Service is conducted exclusively on private grounds — never on public roads, sidewalks, or shared thoroughfares. This is a structural feature of every deployment, not a guideline.

Written Client Agreements

Every engagement is governed by a binding contract that specifies pre-approved routes, passenger conduct standards, venue requirements, and dispute resolution terms.

Low-Speed Electric Fleet

15 mph maximum on-property. Zero combustion, zero emissions, minimal noise. The inherent low-speed nature of our fleet is a deliberate risk-reduction feature — not a limitation.
